Quick, easy, and always a treat. Please note: I used a coffee mug instead of a cup here.

1 Mug self raising flour
3\4 Mug milk
1 Mug cheese (cheddar or gouda)
1\4 Mug melted butter
Pinch of salt, black pepper, sweet basil
Harrybasco (to taste)
Preheat oven to 225°C. Mix everything together with a spoon. Spoon into a muffin tray (about half way). Bake for 20min. Remove and allow to cool for 5min. Serve warm.
