This sauce is so easy and quick to make, plus, if you add lemon juice to it, it’s lovely with fish dishes.

Ingredients
1 Cup dry white wine
1\2 Cup butter
1 Cup cream
1 tsp Garlic
Fresh Thyme (chopped)
Black pepper
Method
Over medium heat, fry garlic until fragrant (3min) add butter and thyme. Stir well. Add wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add cream and black pepper. Allow to simmer until it thickens.
