Peanut butter. Peanut butter makes me happy. Peanut butter cheesecake, love!
Time: 2 hours 15min Portions: 6-8
3/4 Cup peanut butter
250ml Whipped cream (unsweetened)
3/4 Cup powdered sugar
3/4 Cup melted butter
1 Packet Tennis buscuits (crumbed)
2 tsp Cocoa
360ml Plain cream cheese
Mix the cookie crumbs with the butter and smooth it out into a pie dish. Refrigerate while you prepare the rest.
Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, whipped cream and powdered sugar together. Add the cocoa. Pour the mixture into the pie dish and allow it to set in the fridge for +/-2 hours. Sprinkle with crushed cashew nuts and serve with cream.
*FYI remember to spray or grease your pie dish. I constantly forget and regret it every time.
