This glaze is just lovely with pork or lamb chops. It gives that lovely dark colour to the chops and tastes great.
Time: 8min Portions: 4
1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbls Honey
1/2 tsp Crushed garlic
Pinch of oregano, basil, thyme, chilli flakes
Combine everything in a sauce pan over medium heat mixing well. Bring to a boil then turn the heat down to low and simmer for 5 min.
Once it’s done, you coat your chops with it and bake/grill your chops.
