Groovy Gravy

Who doesn’t need a quick and easy gravy recipe? It’s great with any meat dishes.

Time: 10-15min

Ingredients

1 Cup stock (Either beef, lamb or chicken)
1 Cup red wine
1 tbls Balsamic vinegar
1 tbls Honey
1 Heaped tsp cornflour

Method

Combine stock and wine in a sauce pan over medium heat until reduced by half. Add balsamic and honey. Stir well. Add cornflour (mixed with a little bit of water). Turn heat to medium/low and simmer until it’s thickened.
