Little balls of cheesy heaven, that’s what these are.
Time: 1.5 hours Portions: 18-20
1/2 tin Corn (mielies)
1 Wheel of feta cheese
1 Egg white
40g Self-raising flour
Splash of milk
Regular flour (for coating)
Oil (for frying)
Mix all the ingredients together (except regular flour and oil). Refrigerate for 45min.
Roll the dough into little balls, roll them in the flour and fry in oil on high heat, until golden brown. Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
