These little gems are delicious and so quick to make. You can replace the brandy with rum or whiskey depending on your personal preference.

200gm Coconut (plus extra to coat)
200gm Tennis biscuits (crushed)
1/2 Tin condensed milk
2 tbls Cocoa
2 tots Brandy
Crush the biscuits and add the coconut. In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk, cocoa and brandy. Add it to the coconut-cookie mixture and mix well. Make bite sized balls and roll it in the extra coconut. You can chill them a bit, but it’s not necessary.
