It’s summer in South Africa and that means it’s braai time. Well, actually it’s always braai time here. We even have a braai holiday (no jokes). Here’s a recipe for lamb chops on the grill. *FYI braai would be a barbeque to our foreign friends.
Time: 45min Portions: 3
6 Lamb loin chops
60ml Tomato sauce
30ml Worcestershire sauce
30ml Sweet chilli
Salt, pepper, paprika and dried thyme to taste
Mix together all the wet ingredients. Spice the chops to taste. Cover with the marinade. Allow to stand for 10min. Grill for 15 min a side. Serve with corn on the cob and potato salad.
