This makes a great side dish with steak or chicken.

1 Bunch of asparagus (+/-12 medium asparagus)
1 tbls Balsamic vinegar
1 tbls Soya sauce
2 tbls Butter
1 tbls Parmesan (finely grated)
Melt the butter in a pan over medium high heat. Add the asparagus, balsamic and the soya. Grind some salt and black pepper. Fry the asparagus for about 8 min, rolling them around. Sprinkle half the parmesan over the asparagus, fry for 2 min. Turn them and sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan. Fry for another 2 min. Once dished up, spoon the sauces from the pan over them.
