I like food. A lot. I also have a little bit of a temper (it’s a Gemini thing). Recently I started channeling my moods into cooking, and what do ya know, they gel well. Fast forward a couple of months and what used to be a mood thing, has now morphed into a passion.
It’s become a challenge for me to make my favourite dishes. To add my own spin on existing recipes. These are the ones that work for me and I hope they work for you too.
